EPA Brownfield Assessment Program. The City’s brownfield assessment program kicked-off on December 2nd with a program committee meeting. Earlier in 2015, the City received a $500,000 grant from the EPA to assess potentially contaminated land in collaboration with willing-property owners and develop remediation plans. Matt Robenalt is serving on the program advisory committee along with representatives from City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, State of Colorado, and the EPA.
