Ray Martinez, who served three terms as mayor of Fort Collins, was appointed by unanimous vote to the board of directors of Boulder-based Elevations Credit Union. An active member of several advisory boards in Fort Collins, he also has served on the Colorado Minority Business Advisory Council, Colorado Municipal League and the board of trustees of Colorado Mesa University.
