Concerns about the Vine and Lemay intersection.

The project currently has a $1.25 M budget. This funding comes from the voter approved Keep Fort Collins Great (KFCG) sales tax and Street Oversizing (Transportation Impact) Fees. These funds will be used to complete a preliminary design for realigned Lemay, conduct an Alternatives Analysis for realigned Lemay at existing Vine Drive and the BNSF railway, pursue right-of-way acquisitions and develop a Communication and Public Outreach Plan.

In the near future the public process for the project will kick-off and there will be opportunities for the public to engage in the design of the project, provide feedback on design alternatives and to advocate for a preferred solution.

Part of the work planned for 2016 is to continue to address funding alternatives and challenges. A planned date for construction of the improvements will depend on the availability of funding.
